You don’t really know whether the potato you consumed at home is free from pesticides. You just bought it bluntly from the nearest available grocery and continue consuming it. Some people would just wash and consume along with its skin not knowing how toxic the skin of the potato is.

More tests have shown that frequent exposure of laboratory animals including honey bees has triggered increased liver, retarded growth, congestion of the spleen, kidney and spleen weights, and death.

A Glimpse of Tomatoes You Consume Daily

Tomatoes are our daily food recipes and that go straight into our menus. But have you ever pondered that the intake of it without giving any guesswork can hamper our aging process and lead you to untimely death and weaknesses?

Meru district of Arusha region in Tanzania, one of the key tomato producers, took tomato samples and consumption information collected from 50 farmers using Food and Drug Administration standards. They found out that pesticide levels were detected for permethrin with a mean, 5.2899 mg/kg, chlorpyrifos with a mean, 7.5281 mg/kg and ridomil with a mean, 2,854.279 mg/kg in 18% of samples.

Our daily intake of tomatoes stands at a high risk for chlorpyrifos, permethrin and ridomil. This indicates that lifetime consumption of fresh tomatoes can pose health risk for chlorpyrifos, permethrin and ridomil.

Exposure to small amounts of chlorpyrifos can cause runny nose, teary eyes, and increased saliva or call it drooling. People may start sweating, and also develop dizziness, headache and nausea. Additional exposures can cause vomiting.

Now then, abdominal muscle cramps, tremors and weakness, muscle twitching and loss of coordination may come into questioning.

Wait, let me not horrify you but sometimes people develop diarrhea or blurred or darkened vision. In severe poisoning cases, exposure can lead to unconsciousness, loss of bladder and bowel control, convulsions, difficulty in breathing, and paralysis. Further reading here in details.

PERMETHRIN is used to treat head lice, tiny insects that infest and irritate your scalp. It is also used to help avoid infestation in people. Note here that it performs innumerable functions and is used against a number of pests on fruit, vegetable, cotton, ornamental, mushroom, nut, potato and cereal crops. It is also used in greenhouses and termites control.

The above terms are your daily consumables that you cannot go without. Your daily intake of a food stuff justifies your aging.

The result will be just AMAZING as this puts you in the right track not only of ‘health consciousness’ but make you look younger.

  6. You definitely speak my language when it comes to food choices. Most people can’t be bothered to grow their own with available space to do so and then they complain that organic is expensive but I think a trip to the doctor is more expensive regularly. Thank you for a great article.
